Hk91 barrel
I used a rcm barrel in my psg1 clone spec's as stated by them PSG-1 Barrel - Made from a Schneider Barrel blank. 416 S/S Double stressed relieved. 1:11 twist 5 land Polygon rifle form. Recessed target crown. 25.500 long. Chambered for 7.62 NATO with 12 chamber flutes so far I have fired about 200 rounds through this rifle .I have an older JLD PTR-91; it has the heavy barrel with "A##.." series S/N. It is in a ban configuration, so it is not threaded for a flash hider or compensator. I have some mixed feelings about this barrel. It seems pretty accurate, and eats everything I feed it (mostly British and Belgian surplus & new PRVI).

The pitting isn't going to cause a baffle strike so don't worry about it. Were the pitting at the muzzle crown, then there's a narrow possibility. I'd can it up and shoot it and in the mean while keep an eye out for a replacement barrel.
