This build prioritizes...So I carry a Bloodied Fixer as a backup weapon (to account for the DPS loss from swapping out of Unyielding gear). If you love running a low health build- and don't want to have to adjust your health when swapping gear- I'd suggest: -Unyielding gear with a Quad Railway. -Carry your Chinese Stealth Suit with a Bloodied Fixer as your backup weapon.

Even with no damage perks, a 1-star bloodied commando weapon with Unyielding armor outdoes nearly all possible fully-perked setups using other weapon builds. For legendary perks you could still add a couple of Special cards (any one except CHA). Your 3rd slot could add master infiltrator (you don't really need to rank it, so easily removed if you want another Special). These allow you to add more special points and perk cards. Check that you're not exceeding 15 including your base pts + the legendary.While below 20% Health, gain 40 Damage Resist, 20% damage and 15% AP regen.
