The thing you really have to watch for is to make certain the pistons in such a kit will work with your heads and that the resulting final compression ratio matches well with your intended cam.1. Your heads will need a LOT MORE work. Easier to start with a MUCH BETTER head. Easier to just build a (low low cr) pump gas supercharged 496 street motor. Easier to lighten the car. This is why they have 620 HP 572 cid pump gas BBC's. The easy path is adding a 8-71 roots blower. ….
