The load we now use is the M118LR in the 308 Win it consist of Reloader 15 powder and a 175 Sierra MK.....in LC Brass. This information is worth what you are paying for it.Re-15, or Varget. Anything over 2500 fps. should work fine. I get just over 2400 fps. with 42 grs. of Varget and a 200 gr. Nosler NP. I've found that Hogden's load data very good. Just keep in mind that some cases, like Federals and Lake City don't take near the powder that WW cases will. That will also reduce your velocity. H4895 43.6 grains it likes it a lot too. IMR 4064 45.5 grains works just as good, maybe a little better than Varget. 178 AMAX. CFE223 46.8 grains. Like this powder a lot to get the heavier bullet going.This is a hot load, so approach with caution... 175 SMK, Lapua brass, 45.9 gr of Varget, Fed 210m primers.
