It is luck of the draw. My X-compact had a better trigger than my AXG Classic or AXG Pro, and an M17 came through the shop that had an amazing trigger. The P320 X-Fives that have come through have had mediocre triggers, too, and the few folks that have ponied up the bread for the Custom Werks FCU have been underwhelmed.The M17 is a double stack, striker fired 9mm handgun. Hello. My mags aren’t fitting into the x series grip mod with the m17 fcu installed. And yes I’m using the newer Sigg mags. The magazines will seat into the X series grip when the FCU is removed, but when the FCU was installed the mags won’t go in all the way like something is obstructing them.I was successful building a P320f 45acp. Thank you for your research. I’ve been able to compare the ejector length to the OEM 45acp and 10mm FCU. The OEM 45 ejector is 0.4675”. The other day I removed the FCU for the first time for cleaning. Out dropped a spring. It took me a while to identify what it was, a safety lever spring.The MAXG-M18 weighs 31.5 oz's with the unloaded 17 round magazine. 39 oz's even with 17+1 of 115grn. The AXG lower using the M17/M18 FCU's trigger pull runs about 3Lbs 8oz's for me. The Mseries FCU's seem to have a better reset and pull weight. I bought the fcu to make a whole pistol with parts left over from a rx x-change kit project. The previous owner added a Sig straight trigger, and I have an Apex straight trigger on my other fcu in my original 320c. Of the two I prefer the m17. So the Sig FCU fits fine in Sig TXG and Sig X series frames. But it doesn't work in the Icarus frame.
