Hi All, Spectrum just provided a new, out of the box modem, the Hitron 2251. Immediately after setup, I cannot connect to my router - not spectrum provided - Netgear Nighthawk R7800. Prior to this switch, I had no issues whatsoever. The new modem was provided because I guess my old one was no longer supported. EN2251-RES is a powerful solution for delivering high speed solution for residential and business customers delivering speeds up to 1.97Gbps based on 2.5GigE port with two bonded downstream channels over its DOCSIS 3.1 interface.
