I usually shoot for row 11. New config on A321 has no bulkhead on row 10 probably giving most legroom other than exit or FC. Also now allows to put bag under last row of FC. For the a321neo FC the Klymit V seat booty cushion $15 on Amazon. Inflatable and folds flat. Not perfect but a big difference.
