You need 14 lines of 15 spaces to get to 210 spots, which I don't think quite works, but it'd easily fit in two floors under the footprint of the building.Needing to have multiple underground parking lots in a small area isn't very realistic, especially with how large the entrance is. Perhaps having a underground parking lot with a smaller entrance could also help with this.
