This as the name implies …1-2 failed to validate is normal, usually is just reinstalling directx whether it needed to or not. For the VAC error, usually signing out of steam and back in will fix it. Also make sure steam is up to date.So I verify integrity of files. I see the game takes up about 72.2 gb of my drive so there might be little files missing. I verify and it says 58 files failed. I felt a little relieved knowing this was the problem. I then tried to open the game and it still didn’t work. I cleared steam chache, drivers are up to date. Firewall turned off.

The one thing I have been able to find that is absolutely consistent is this 1 file failed to validate thing. Every time I get the tone switch and validate local files I get that. But...
